Important Hills documents geographical spaces that are important to the six people who were gifted these limited-edition totes. Hills mark all of these geographically important places. The illustrations I made are representations of the topographical maps of each of the areas. On the front side of the tote, all of the topographical maps come together to create a combined abstraction. On the other side, each hill stands alone and is identified by its name.
